Writing is my trade because it is my passion and greatest gift. If you need a smith for your words, someone who can craft, modify, tweak, shuffle around, expand, contract, review, or evaluate them—for any purpose—I will do it with nuance, care, grammatical precision, and an unflagging focus on the piece's objective and audience. I love language, and it shows in every project I complete.

Experience. I have extensive experience both as a freelance and agency writer. My recent work includes editing a scholarly manuscript; editing television documentaries; writing software user guides; researching and writing educational articles; writing promotional materials for consumer products; designing and creating comprehensive online FAQs for consumer web sites; composing technical copy for brochures and presentations; designing, writing, and teaching online course materials covering grammar, writing, and literature; and throughly plumbing several extensive web sites to assure lingual and functional quality.

Education. I graduated summa cum laude from the Santa Clara University honors program with a B.A. in English, writing emphasis. I'm a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society, as well as Sigma Tau Delta (English) and Eta Sigma Phi (Classics). I also graduated high school valedictorian.
